Perth Central & East Metro Medicare Local (PCEMML) is a not-for-profit, regionally-based primary health care organisation governed by local clinicians and community representatives.
Our role is to improve the primary care system by focusing care on the person - making sure that every person and their family in our community can access the care that they need, when and where they need it. We do this by working in collaboration with local primary care providers and NGOs to improve the capacity and quality of their services, and by identifying and closing service gaps.
PCEMML acknowledges the support of the Australian Government Department of Health and Ageing, the Department of Health Western Australia, and a range of other funders and sponsors that assist us to achieve better health outcomes for consumers in our catchment area.
Perth Central & East Metro Medicare Local acknowledges the Whadjuk people who are the Traditional Custodians of the Land. We also pay respect to the Elders both past and present of the Noongar Nation and extend that respect to other Aboriginal Australians.
